Accommodating staff, had fairly nice stay!!!

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. It was also so close to the downtown of Umeå and the public library.

The location of the property was great as we where near to supermarkets, and the center of the center of Umea. Booked a room with exceptional views over the lake.

The breakfast was exceptionally good and outstanding exactly as I hoped, with great juices, yogurt and delicious waffles. The location was particularly good, for example, a history museum was within a close distance from the hotel.

Hotel was stylish and I appreciated the food there, it was great. I've booked a double room with a wonderfull view and everything was great. The breakfast was good, the check in was convenient. The location was unbeatable to the car parking area after checking out...

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The views from our room on the 11th floor were absolutely spectacular, overlooking the river and the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The room design was top-notch, with attention to every detail for the highest comfort. The breakfast included in the room price was absolutely wonderful, and the gym was a great extra perk. We will no doubt stay here again next time we're in town.

The only downside to this place is that there is no negative aspect to mention. The hotel is perfect in every way.

I came here for 1 night and had a fairly nice stay. Its location was very central, easy walk to Utopia. The area was cozy just next door to a cultural Center, with library, restaurants, museum, next to the river and the river.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised! This place is perfectly located in the city centre, making it extremely convenient to get around. The room was well-equipped with great amenities like air conditioning and an electric kettle, and the service housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. The breakfast provided was a fantastic way to start the day, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

I would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends who are looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the city centre.

Really enjoyed our rooms with all modern facilities. The staff was very very helpful and check in was early. The location was good and excellent, just 5 minutes walk from a history museum.

This place is definitely worth its 4 stars with its comfortable beds, amazing location, peaceful rooms, and a beautiful view of the river from the window, plus the convenience of having the Kulturbageriet restaurant on-site.
